What Am I Looking At?

Have a special picture with a fantastic story behind it? Take a look at these photos--while it may not be obvious what you're looking at right away, read the story to find out what special moment was captured.

If a picture is worth a thousand words, what would those words say? Email me if you would like your picture and story posted!

Ancient World

Your looking at torii gates at the Fushimi Inari Shrine in Kyoto, Japan. These red torii gates line the entrance up the mountain to the famous shrine.

Pack Leader (pack of what?...)

You're looking at Chancey, a pet duck that roams both indoors and out in a cliffside house in Malibu. The duck was born at an elemetary school classroom and adopted by this family, whose other pet is a Cheapeake Bay Retriever. The duck follows the dog around, thinking she is also a dog and a part of his pack; you can see the dog's tail and paw at the left of the picture.

The Surveillance Camera is Outwitted

You're looking at Tobiko, a 6 month old Shiba Inu puppy that had just knocked down the web cam that was used to monitor him while his owners were away at work. The web cam caught a glimpse of Tobiko as he towered over the fallen surveillance equipment.

Fog City

You're looking at the San Francisco Bay Bridge. A thick layer of fog had just started rolling in, engulfing the bridge, section by section. The clear blue sky is still visible around the fog. This picture was taken from the Gap Headquarters in San Francisco which is located right on the water.
